Shipping Policy

At DLMD Mixes, we work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped daily. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

U.S. Shipping

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. DLMD Mixes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier using your tracking information.
